What’s your favorite think to drink or eat while you’re stamping? It’s not a good idea to have liquids on a table full of paper and ink, but I know you’re doing it!
Ann usually has water on the table, but sometimes it’s a Diet Dr. Pepper with Vanilla from Sonic.
But last night, there was wine involved and if you look very closely at this picture, you may notice a slight imperfection in the project because of it. Do you see it? Let us know by commenting here.
She wasn’t drunk. She just didn’t toss it out and start over. It’s not REALLY noticeable. I’ll bet you wouldn’t have noticed if I hadn’t warned you.
Stampin’ Up! Card Making Tips
- Be sure to use the Tuxedo Black Memento Ink with your Photopolymer stamps.
- Do NOT use StazOn Cleaner to clean Photopolymer stamps.
- Using a Whisper White Craft Pad along with the Whisper White Embossing Powder will give you a more opaque look.

The only thing I noticed is that the bottom edge of the ghost is not completely filled in. Anyway, there are no mistakes in stamping – it’s called creative license!
Yes, Judy. I saw that ghost & figured it gave him a more ghostly look. I love creative license.
Ann, pumpkins aren’t usually round, so…most people wouldn’t recognize that as an error! However, you are absolutely right–most people wouldn’t notice an error, even if it bit them!
Love you!

Very nice pumpkin card
It looks to me like the top pumpkin leaf is flipped over wrong from the way it was cut out. It also goes outside the border a bit, but I don’t necessarily feel that is a mistake. All things considered, it still looks just fine.
Good guess, Darlene, but it’s not it. Turned that over on purpose. WOW! I’m so glad it wasn’t obvious and I didn’t waste a piece of paper to start over!
Are the eyes 2 different sizes in the top pumpkin
That would be a no. I’ll have to look to see. If it is, that’s the way the stamp is made. I am so happy that no one’s picked it out yet!
I am so happy that you didn’t catch it! I didn’t count the bottom of the ghost because I thought it made him look more “ghostly”. I’ll put the answer in the newsletter or perhaps bark it out later this week.
This is proof that people don’t really notice all our flubs!
Could it be the top leaf is on the wrong side?
Is it the bottom edge of the ghost? Or behind the top clover? Gotta enjoy that wine sometime!!!
The ghost is a little “transparent” on the bottom!
Can’t find it! Maybe i should go and have some wine…..
Looks like there’s a thin spot in the embossing at the bottom right edge of the ghost.
