Have you struggled with being a procrastinator? Do you wait until you absolutely have to have something done to get motivated?
I feel your pain! Not because I AM one, but because I LIVE with one! (And she will remain nameless.)
She thinks about cards and you and stamping all day long! She’ll look at a picture and think of how she can work it into her paper crafting world. You’ll probably see it on a card.
The problem comes when she waits until late to MAKE the card! Can you feel me here? Today’s card was started well in advance. It was laid out on the table – just not put together – Thursday night. But when she went to put it together last night, she changed it.
It’s enough to make me bark out loud! But my favorite huMAN loved it! He didn’t even know that the Silver Glimmer Paper was on sale until Monday for 25% off. Or that the greeting from the See Ya Later stamp set is free with a $50 order until Monday too. We didn’t tell him about the free Sweet Sorbet Designer Series Paper was free until Monday either.
Stamper Dog’s Card Making Tips
- All the punched pieces are from the same Sweet Sorbet Designer Series Paper so they all coordinate.
- We used the Big Shot and the 2nd smallest Window Frames Collection Framelits around the greeting.
- The square points on the framelit measure 1-3/4″ so we cut a 2″ Basic Black Border to make it pop.
The card goes together in a snap! But if you don’t get the See Ya Later stamp set and the Sweet Sorbet Designer Series Paper now, they’ll be gone after Monday. Poof! You can always buy the Silver Glimmer Paper at full price next week, but the other two are GONE after Monday.

Yes – that is so me! I have the ideas swimming in my head and even have things started, but I often wait until late to actually get it finished! ARRRGGGGHHHH! I SO wish it wasn’t so…and I try hard to change it. Sometimes I do think that my best ideas come under pressure and I can get an amazing amount of work done in a short time when I’m under the gun.
