Well, I hope you had as wonderful an Independence Day as I had! We quit counting at 14 humans for dinner because even more showed up for dessert & fireworks! And they were all so well behaved! I let them sit outside in the 94 degree heat while I sat inside in the air conditioning.
I know that as a host, that might not be the kindest thing to do so perhaps I should send them all this card.
I've been stuck in a rut for color so I consulted the Color Coach while they were outside swimming to cool off. So Saffron – Soft Suede – Riding Hood Red. I had Ann use the Stampin' Up! Reason to Smile stamp set that you can get right now for $5 when you make a $50 purchase.
It's an easy card to put together but it could be a hard card to write. That's why it's good to have the Stampin' Up! So Sorry stamp set on hand. There are 9 sayings that you could stamp below the Taffeta Ribbon or just leave it off like I did here.
Yep. They don't say one that says Sorry for making you picnic outside in the hot air so that you had to swim to cool off.
I'm just glad that Ann likes ME enough to leave the air conditioning on just for me! (I think she'd do that for YOU too!)
