This started out as a sympathy card for the husband of a dear friend, but it ended up being a different kind of sympathy card.
You see, Ann's had her first Stampin' Up! Heat Tool longer than she's been a demonstrator. She's had it at least 15 years. And tonight, when she went to emboss this Leaves of a Tree stamp from the Stampin' Up! Holiday Mini Catalog, she turned it on & then off to move the cord. It never came back on.
Luckily, I had one I could loan her so she could finish the card.
It always makes us chuckle when people ask us how long our stuff lasts. We've got ink pads that are over 11 years old! They're still pumping with the help of ink refills when needed. And a heat tool that lasts 15 years? TV's don't last that long anymore!
That's just another reason why Ann likes being a Stampin' Up! demonstrator – the products are top notch – just like me!
