We have seen a lot of cards done with the Stampin' Up! My Friend stamp set, but never with balloons.
"Balloons?" you say? Yep. I saw them right away & Ann just drug her feet making this cool card with them!
Sorry about the dark cast at the bottom of the picture. I hope it's just a temporary thing with the camera. Perhaps it's because I didn't color that rhinestone with a pink Sharpie marker.
