You find out who your friends are when you just don’t get it right. I kept telling Ann that Shella’s birthday was coming, but she just wasn’t understanding my barks. So Shella’s getting this one of a kind belated birthday card that has some special Mojo on it.
Ann used that special Sale-A-Bration Happy Moments stamp set #118664/#119125 (Clear) that you can get for free until the end of this month with a $50 order. She started with stamping the one on the right & then kept inking the stamp more each time. That way she didn’t accidentally get fade marks.
Honestly! I didn’t eat ANY of the cake!
If you’re wondering about how she did the greeting, I have to admit that it’s not a Stampin’ Up! stamp. GASP! Before you hyperventilate, she printed it out on the computer & then punched it out with the Stampin’ Up Word Window Punch #105090. She used the Modern Label Punch #116630 with Basic Black. Then she used a 1/2″ Circle Punch #104390 with Crushed Curry to the ends for a a little added interest.
Pop that all onto the Razzleberry Lemonade Designer Series Paper #115675 & hope that Shella forgives us for missing a birthday. She’s always in our hearts – but I think she knows that.
Great idea! I am sure she will forgive you after receiving this pretty card. I love how you inked the stamp in stages. Beautiful Card!
What a great idea! I’ll put it in my CASE-file ;o)
It’s a 6″ x 6″ piece of cardstock folded down to 3″ x 6″.
Very cute, you are such an inspiration. What size is this card? Thanks!
