Need something that will stick to your ribs, but you’ve got no time to make it?  Try this!

Recipe-Oatmeal

Place 2 sliced apples, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon salt in the bottom of the crock pot.   (You may like more brown sugar.)
Pour in 2 cups of regular oatmeal (not the quick stuff or steel cut), 2 cups of milk and 2 cups water.
Do NOT stir.
Cook overnight for 8 – 9 hours on low.

Raisins might be nice to add too!  Just don’t give any to your dog.  Grapes and raisins are poison to us.

How about some pecans too?  My favorite huMAN likes those in his oatmeal.
