Thank You Card Update

Ann was going through some of our older cards and decided to do a thank you card update. She remade the card with updated supplies.

But she couldn’t find where she had posted it the first time! I don’t think I can remember that ever happening! She went back years here through over 300 of the 609 thank you card ideas. Nothing!

She even went through 5 years of live stream videos on our YouTube channel!

The only difference is the patterned paper, the greeting and the dies used for the greeting. She could’ve used the same dies, but decided to switch it up. (The original used the rectangles with the rounded corners in the Nested Essentials Dies. Then the greeting take as much space on the card.

Tips on Making This Card

This is such an easy card to do, but the patterned paper makes it stand out. And it’s all done from a 12″ long piece that is 3/8″ wide!

Ann used the Nature Walk paper that she used in our Tuesday live stream. She chose a different sheet that has a variation of colors in it and cut 3/8″ off one edge that had all these different colors. Then she cut them into 3 4″ long pieces.

Now, the Lemon Lolly is 3-3/8″ x 4-5/8″ so a 4″ piece won’t go all the way across. But it will if you make a cut at 1-1/2″ and put the short end towards the top of the Lemon Lolly piece and the larger piece below.

No one will know about the missing piece unless you tell them so SHHHH!

One you have determined where to put the one in the middle, don’t attach it! Attach the outside ones first and then the one in the middle. Or do it however you like. Everyone has their own way of getting things straight.
