We Got Our Thank You Cards Out!

Well, at least many of them went out today – a little later than usual. They’re extra thick so we’re sending some out with the Sweet Treat packages.

And it’s not really a thank you card. It’s a Just Because card. A Thinking of You card that you can send anyone anytime. It’s a simple card that’s inspired by one that was presented at the OnStage (convention) in Raleigh, North Carolina in March.

Maybe we’ll make one today when we go live. Or maybe we’ll make a different version of the banner birthday card Ann made for her brother’s birthday later this week.

It’s a big birthday for him. You know. One of those with a zero in it. Zeroes and fives can be pretty interesting birthdays, can’t they!?!

This one’s a little lighter than what we’re used to making. But many times, change can be good.

If you look closely, you can see that we added some embossing with a new embossing folder. (We’ll list it in the supplies.)

You see, we send everyone who shops online with us a card that we call a reuseable card. Many people keep them for inspiration. And some complete the inside and send them on their way. Usually we send a fancier card, but this time, we chose the simple route

Those who spend over $50 will get a sample of new embellishments tucked in with their card. But this time, we added something else besides the Opal Rounds Assortment. We even used them on the card!
