Friday’s show was full of cardmaking tips. We shared how to use one split layout two ways and two ways to assemble the card base.
We didn’t finish the cards on Friday’s show, but we did give two ways to put them together. Today we’ll show two ways to finish these cards.
We like them both and hope you do too.
Which do you prefer?
One card is fun and whimsical. The other card is softer and elegant.
This first version is softer and more elegant. This one is Flirty Flamingo and Petal Pink on Old Olive. Here’s a list of the Stampin’ Blends that we used:
- Price: $9.00
- Price: $9.00
- Price: $9.00
- Sale: $8.10 • Price: $9.00
The Tin Tile 3D Embossing Folder is no longer available. The Good Morning Magnolia and its coordinating dies are on the retiring list and will go away for good on May 3rd unless they sell out sooner.
And just this very minute, we discovered that the stamp set is sold out too. It’s a fantastic set that we’re keeping. The dies are still available. So if you didn’t get them before, get them now!
We’re giving this to our neighbor who retired this week. This one is Flirty Flamingo and Polished Pink on Old Olive.
Here are the Stampin’ Blends that we used.
- Price: $9.00
- Price: $9.00
- Price: $9.00
(The pink is the new Polished Pink that’s not available until Tuesday, May 4th)
It’s the first time that we’ve ever tilted the Nested Labels Dies like this. They’re discounted and retiring as well as the Scripty 3D Embossing folder.
The Epoxy Frosted and Clear Droplets are retiring by May 3rd as well but they’re not discounted. They sure are nice and you get a lot in the package.
You can print a full list of all the retiring products here. Just be aware that they all disappear on Monday, May 3rd.
I’ll bet that you didn’t see these ending up like this, did you!
It just proves that you can treat one layout several different ways based on colors and what type of stamp set you choose to use.
What else did we use? Oh, let’s just put that all in the same collection because you know you want them all!
