A Little Gift for Tonight

There’s some fun planned for tonight and I’m going to be part of it!

How?

Because I helped wrap the present!

There’s going to be an ornament exchange and dinner today with the ladies that play bunko together. Ann ordered a nice ornament from Amazon and I inspired her on how to make the box look pretty.

Here’s the ornament that’s inside.

It came in a plain white box. And this is how we decorated it.

I just love that black and white ribbon. It’s on the list of things that won’t be coming back once they’ve sold out of the Holiday Catalog.

And the evergreen springs aren’t something I’d normally put on a card. But they’re perfect for packaging.

There was a label on the top. I knew that it would tear the box if we tried to tear it up so we covered it with the Washi Tape that’s going away too. a little bit of copper on either side of the ribbon is just right.

So do you like it? Do you think it will do well? I hope so.

Of course, I think Ann’s going to try to end up with it.
