Reality has sunk in & I'm trying to cope with the devastation of not having some of my favorite things on our cards.  Not only that, I had to say goodbye to my favorite kidlets yesterday.  Ann just doesn't throw the ball like Jaylen does.  She tried to once after they left for the airport, but I just ran down the hall to make sure it was my ball she had thrown – and then walked away.

Maybe today or tomorrow, I'll be back to ball retrieval mode.

Today's card is for when they come & say "Hello" again. It uses the Happy Greetings & Flower Garden Embossing Folder from the Stampin' Up! Summer Mini Catalog

Then I get my handkerchief out to the parts we're saying "Goodbye" to.  The Designer Label Punch, the Sanded Background stamp & the Early Espresso Satin Ribbon – ALL are must haves!

In case you didn't notice, this one is another Direct to Paper project using Cherry Cobbler on Very Vanilla card stock.  (We did a different DTP project in this post.)

Notice how Ann turned the card stock over so that the image is DEbossed instead of EMbossed?  You don't want to know what's on the other side.  Ann tried something on her own & it just did NOT pass the Stamper Dog test of excellence!  And those two little pearls?  They might look nice, but I'll share a little secret with you.  It's covering up where just a little bit of glue came through the holes!

It happens to the best of us!  But if you like it, please use the Facebook logo at the bottom to share with your buds.

It's a grrrrreat time to be the blog dog of a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator.
