It's Drawing Day!

How ironic! It’s National Drawing Day! That’s really about making pictures, but we’re going to be drawing a winner during our live stream today at 2pm Pawcific Time.

It’s also National Mimosa Day. My favorite huMAN likes them on special occasions and made them for everyone on Mother’s Day.

So we’ll share what I like to call a scenery card. It’s the closest thing to drawing that you can do with stamps.

Drawing Day

This is the first scenic card Ann made using a Pebbled Path card base.

She stamped the bird in Night of Navy and then used a Blender Pen to swirl the ink around. But she thought he was a little high and wanted to explore other color options for the card base.

Isn’t it interesting how a few minor changes make it look different. She chose Copper Clay for the base on this one and used it for the tree limbs as well.

So, which one do you prefer?

I really think she did better coloring the bird on the Copper Clay one. Have you ever colored like that?
