Oh, what fun we had on Friday at our first 5pm Pawcific live stream. Ann was working with the new corke papr coloring with alcohol markers that we like to call Stampin’ Blends.

We love that the Stampin’ Blends coordinate with so many of the Stampin’ Up! colors. Ann says that they are so easy to get a great look on your cards.

And the cork paper provides a more masculine look to the card.

Tips for Working with Cork Paper

Isn’t the cork paper awesome?

The cork paper is thinner than cardstock so we decided to shore it up a bit.

First we cut two labels from the Seasonal Labels Dies the same size as the cork label and cut them in half.

Once we did that, Ann glued the two half labels together and then glued them to the back of the right side of the cork paper. That made it so that the cork would have more stability on the right side.

Ann trimmed it down just a little in places because she didn’t get the two layers attached perfectly straight to the cork. That made it so that
