Graduation Caps are great things for your cards & scrapbook pages.
But how do you make one out of paper? They're really not as hard as you might think. Even this pup can do it!
But before we roll tape, I must say thank you to all of you who commented &/or sent me an email yesterday asking how I was after calling Ralph in the middle of the night. I'm better now.
In Ann's Live Online Class yesterday, Ann showed them how to make a tassel for the cap as well as lots of other ways for bow challenged humans to use ribbon on their cards. She's doing the class live one more time at 12:30p 10:30a PAWCIFIC TIME on Saturday for those of you who are having a Staycation this weekend. Just sign up for the Master Stamper & register for the class that's included in your membership. Get in here.
Here's a quick video to help get you making lots of graduation caps or hats for your projects!. The card featured in the video can be found in this post.
Enjoy!
I have the new SU cutter and cannot figure out how to make the first cut because there are only a lot of little boxes, none of the lines that are on your cutter. Can you help me figure it out?
Thanks.
Just line up the edge of the card stock strip with the intersection of the boxes. If you look at Ann’s trimmer in the video, it has boxes too. Just bigger ones. Try it on a scrap first. It’s easier than you think.
