Ann told me that you humans don't normally put glitter on Sympathy Cards. But this card is for someone special. It's for a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator on our team. She lost her dad. She deserves something really special, so I sprayed some Log Cabin Smooch Spritz onto the card & resealed the envelope. That's the new Stampin' Up! Exclusive Square Lattice Embossing Folder #119976 & the the Bigz Lattice Die #115958 – both for the Big Shot.
So – what do YOU think? I took the picture late at night after Ann was asleep. I put a special light on the right so the Smooch Spritz would show up better. Leave me a comment so I'll know if I'm going down the right track. I can always redo it when Ann's making her Customer Service calls.
If you're looking to get a new 2010-2011 Stampin' Up! Catalog, please call Ann at 530-674-5090. We want to make sure that everyone has proper reading materials this summer.
Your card is amazing. It is very special and comforting. You should be very proud to send this to your friend and she should get a feeling your cared!
I really like this…. masculine yet soothing….thanx for sharing your creativity.
This is a beautiful card. Could you do a tutorial on it?
I think the smooch spritz is perfect on this card. The butterfly and lattice reminds me very much of my garden which is about halfway through its spring renaissance. It is calming, reassuring, and reminds me of the promise of new life.
